No. CareForce handles your workforce, compliance and documentation, plus participant records such as service authorizations and support plans. It is not a full electronic health record, and it does not submit Medicaid claims.

Yes, for care workers. It is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, staff can use CareForce in any phone browser, including clock-in, timesheets, forms and tasks.

Yes. We sign a standard BAA at no extra cost before your agency adds protected health information. Email support@careforce.cloud to request it.

There is no official HIPAA certification for software. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards, sign BAAs, and follow the HIPAA breach-notification rule. Details are on our Security page.

Not yet. We will update our Security page when we complete an audit. We are happy to answer your security questionnaire in the meantime.

In the United States, with major cloud providers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our current list of vendors is on the Subprocessors page.

Not directly today. CareForce records clock-in time and location and exports approved hours as a file your payroll provider can import. EVV and payroll integrations are on our roadmap.

Pricing depends on the number of administrators, care workers and participants, and on which modules you use. Book a demo and we will put together a quote for your agency.

No. Agencies pay for CareForce. Care workers can create a profile, search jobs and apply at no cost.

Yes. You can request an export of your data, and our Terms describe how long we keep it after your account ends.
